Deep in the forest, at night, people have claimed that a strange abandoned castle can be seen. It's a place where people who are lost eventually find themselves in.

But you don't really pay attention to those silly rumors you see on the internet. You're a busy college student that is bound by duties and responsibilities, chained to a scholarship you were given, the highest honor anyone can achieve at your age.

And it makes you… happy? That's what everyone says so it must be true. You just live your life, hoping that one day things do get better for you, but your wish never seems to come any closer.

Until one of your friends mentions this story again. He plans to take you and six more people to this fictional castle and you reluctantly agree. It's the perfect excuse to give yourself a break from this demanding scholarship you've been chasing after for the past two years.

You never expected to find the castle, and you never expected to be deeply intertwined with it. Your family history is hiding more than you know.

But this is too dangerous for you. This isn't safe, and everyone's in danger, you included. The castle is haunted, full of dangerous creatures that won't hesitate to kill you the moment they notice you.

And you can't say if finding the truth will truly get everyone out and back to safety, but you try because you have no choice in the matter anymore.

Moonlight Castle is a slice of life, supernatural, horror, mystery and romance visual novel. This story revolves around eight college students getting together to explore a ghost castle discovered by a certain someone. You will live their college life during the day, hang out and socialize with your friends in the afternoon and then investigate the ancient ruins when the sky becomes dark.

Multiple paths and choices will be available, some leading to worse or better outcomes. It’s all up to you and your partner to protect your friends and find the truth. Seven main routes will be open to freely explore, allowing the player to see the game from different angles and perspectives.
